This course teaches Azure Solution Architects how to design infrastructure solutions. Course topics cover governance, compute, application architecture, storage, data integration, authentication, networks, business continuity, and migrations. The course combines lecture with case studies to demonstrate basic architect design principles.
This course helps prepare for the exam « AZ-305 – Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions » to obtain the title « Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert ».
This course teaches Azure Solution Architects how to design infrastructure solutions. Modules et dates
This course of 4 days is given once a semester, 1 to 2 days a week, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm.

These courses are given in French on the basis of documentation in French if available (Fra) or in English (Eng). If it is available in both languages, the French version is distributed unless specifically requested by the interested party. The price of the course includes all the pedagogical documentation distributed.
Overview
Target Audience :
- Students having experience and knowledge in IT operations, including networking, virtualization, identity, security, business continuity, disaster recovery, data platforms, and governance. Students also having experience designing and architecting solutions.
Objectives :
After completing this course, students will be able to:

- design backup and disaster recovery solutions

Prerequisites :
Before attending this course, students must have previous experience deploying or administering Azure resources and strong conceptual knowledge of:
- Azure Active Directory
- Azure compute technologies such as VMs, containers and serverless solutions
- Azure virtual networking to include load balancers
- Azure Storage technologies (unstructured and databases)
- General application design concepts such as messaging and high availability
- knowledge acquired in the course AZ-104 - Microsoft Azure Administrator
