Introduction

Le plan de continuité du business ou plan de continuité d’activité (PCA) est à la fois le nom d’un concept, d’une procédure et du document qui la décrit. Il permet à une entreprise de fonctionner même en situation de désastre, en mode dégradé, ou en situation de crise majeure.
C’est un document stratégique, formalisé et régulièrement mis à jour, de planification de la réaction à une catastrophe ou à un sinistre grave. Son objectif est de minimiser les impacts d’une crise ou d’une catastrophe naturelle, technologique ou sociale sur l’activité (et donc la pérennité) d’une organisation (entreprise, gouvernement, institution publique, ...). Il doit assurer la résilience face à une crise grave.
Les organisations sont de plus en plus dépendantes de leurs fournisseurs ou sous-traitants. Elles vont exiger de plus en plus que la planification de la continuité soit faite et partagée par la chaîne des acteurs.
Notre formation, basée sur la norme ISO 22301:2019, présente un cadre pour identifier les menaces potentielles pour une organisation et leurs impacts sur les affaires si elles se réalisent. Elle propose une démarche pour la mise en place des processus de résilience avec la capacité de répondre efficacement pour préserver les intérêts des parties prenantes. Elle propose également une démarche pour évaluer les performances du système et pour en améliorer les processus.

La formation se déroule 1 fois par année à raison d'un jour par semaine. Les cours se déroulent généralement de 9h00 à 12h00 et de 13h30 à 17h00.

    • Business continuity management system (BCMS) : explain the elements of the scope of the BCMS; explain what a BCMS is and how it fits in with other management systems
    Leadership
    • Management commitment & Policy : explain the vital implications of management commitment; describe how top management can demonstrate its commitment to managing business continuity; explain the elements of a business continuity policy
    • Roles & Responsibilities : describe the different roles in planning for and managing business continuity; identify the necessary competences in planning for and managing business continuity
    Planning & Support
    • Planning : explain the steps in addressing risk and opportunities within the BCMS; describe how the business continuity objectives are established and managed
    • Support : describe the necessary resources for planning for and managing of business continuity; explain the importance of incident response personnel; describe how the right level of competence of persons undertaking BCMS work is secured; clarify the importance of communication regarding business continuity in the organization; clarify the importance of documented information and a document management system; clarify the importance of appropriate awareness regarding the BCMS in the organization

    • Strategy and procedures : explain the relationship between the business continuity strategy and the procedures, describe the process of establishing and implementing business continuity procedures; explain the content of a Business Continuity Plan; describe the procedures included in the Business Continuity Plan
    Performance evaluation and improvement
    • Exercising, testing, monitoring, measurement, analysis and evaluation : explain the process of exercising and testing the business continuity plan and how to ensure its effectiveness and readiness, explain the process of monitoring, measuring, analyzing and evaluating the BCMS and its purpose, explain the process of internal audit and how to secure conformity; explain the purpose of the Management Review
    • Improvement : explain the importance of acting on nonconformities and taking corrective actions; explain the importance of continual improvement of the BCMS and its content
